Imagine starting your day with a coffee at the office and a quick check-in with your team. Today, a new Enterprise Use Case is starting: together with the Customer Success Manager, you'll engage in discussions with the customer, listen carefully, and understand the underlying business problem - not just the data, but the operational reality behind it.

• Analyse & Workshop: Check data quality, identify gaps, prepare templates, and lead data workshops
• Daten & Modelle: Transform customer data into the paretos schema, set up baseline and agent forecast results, identify potential, test hypotheses
• Business Impact: Analyze results and derive action recommendations, always with a focus on real customer value
• Go-Live & Monitoring: Monitor pipelines, check forecast quality, answer ad-hoc questions, continuously optimize
• Kommunikation & Feedback: Technical point of contact for the customer, closely work with Customer Success and Product/Forecast Teams, provide feedback, and support product further development

You'll take End-to-End Responsibility, be visible to customers and team, think analytically and business-wise, and ensure that every project delivers real value.

Qualifikation

As an AI Solution Engineer at paretos, you bring the following Must-Haves:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst
• Very strong analytical skills and structured working style
• Good programming knowledge in Python, including experience with Git
• Practical experience with SQL / relational databases
• Excellent communication skills - internally and externally
• Fluent German and English language skills (German is a must)
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Willingness to regularly work on-site in Heidelberg

Nice to have is the following:

• Experience with dbt
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts
• Experience with Superblocks
• Experience in customer-facing roles or in the enterprise environment
