AI Solution Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Role with Us

We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer (f/m/d) who is passionate about their work and ready to take responsibility.
At Workist, our AI Solution Engineers work directly with our customers during the onboarding and implementation process to configure and adapt our AI product so that they can go "live" as quickly as possible. Our customers rely on Workist's AI software to automate important core processes in the document business. You can be part of the AI Solution Engineering team from day one, helping our customers automate their business processes with the help of our AI.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the implementation and integration of Workist's AI-based SaaS, playing an important role in the customer journey. You will proactively identify process and product improvements.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

• You will support our customers in connecting their existing IT systems (ERP) to the Workist AI SaaS (import, export, API documentation, workshops with customers)
• You will be dedicated and provide technical support to our customers, both before and after the contract is signed, ensuring that our software is compatible with the existing IT infrastructure and compliant with data protection regulations
• You will analyze and identify new applications ("Use Cases") that can create added value
• You will work closely with the Product & Engineering Team to understand specific challenges and evaluate possible AI solutions (alignment with market and customer needs)
• You will identify, together with our customers, necessary customizations for the customers' work with our Workist AI SaaS and implement them independently

Your Profile

We are looking for you as a professional team player who feels comfortable in an agile work environment where we share knowledge and spur each other on to achieve the best possible results.

What you bring with you:

• You have initial experience (+1 year) in Solution Engineering
• You have a strong interest in working with customers and conducting technical implementation projects with the goal of making them successful
• You have good programming experience, in Python
• You have previous experience or interest in working with AI to solve valuable business problems
• You love to continuously develop yourself, work independently, and make your own decisions
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in German and English (native speaker or at least C1)
