AI Solution Architect (m/f/d)

You will shape the use of Artificial Intelligence within our company and our software products. Together with Product Management, Development, and Business Units, you will identify application opportunities, evaluate technologies, and develop scalable AI solutions – from concept to productive operation. In doing so, you will be responsible for the technical AI strategy and the establishment of a future-proof AI and LLM platform.

• You will develop and be responsible for the technical AI strategy and an AI reference architecture.
• You will evaluate, select, and integrate suitable AI technologies, LLMs, and AI platforms.
• You will identify and design AI use cases and AI features for existing and new software products.
• You will build and further develop a company-wide AI platform, including RAG, Agent, and Workflow solutions.
• You will define standards for Prompt Engineering, Testing, Quality Assurance, and Governance
• You will advise and support management, product teams, and business units in the use of AI.
• You will accompany pilot projects, training sessions, and the introduction of best practices.
• You will consider data protection, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in AI implementation.

• You have several years of experience in software development or software architecture, as well as in-depth knowledge of modern software architectures and cloud technologies.
• You possess practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, APIs, and Python or a comparable programming language.
• You are familiar with relevant AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Open-Source Models, RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents, MCP, or Prompt Engineering.
• Ideally, you have experience with LLMOps/MLOps, evaluation frameworks, Fine-Tuning, Kubernetes, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR).
• You keep an eye on processes, continuously develop them, and ideally have experience with Enterprise Architecture.
• You bring a strong understanding of architecture and systems, high technical curiosity, and a pragmatic and communicative working style.
• You have a hands-on mentality and can structure complex topics and prepare well-founded decisions.
• You possess fluent German and English skills (minimum C1)
