Job Description:
Artificial Intelligence will fundamentally transform the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in the coming years. As a Program Manager:in for Artificial Intelligence (AI) are you responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of AI initiatives within the company. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that optimize business processes and create competitive advantages.

Tasks:

• Concept and implementation of strategies for integrating AI into the software development process (SDLC)
• Analysis of requirements: collaboration with relevant stakeholders to capture development needs and identify opportunities for AI use
• Evaluation of technologies: investigation and selection of suitable AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for integration into the existing architecture
• Professional support: consulting the program manager and the development team with technical expertise and proven best practices in AI implementation
• Making technical decisions

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the software development process (SDLC) and the associated methods
• Notable experience in the use of AI technologies within the SDLC
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team mindset
• Project language is German and English: very good knowledge of both languages, both verbally and in writing
