AI (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d)

• You analyze customer requirements and develop suitable AI solutions.

• You have a good to very good completed (Master's) degree in economics, (business) informatics, a technical, natural science, mathematical, or related discipline.
• You bring 1-2 years of professional experience for the role of Consultant or 2-5 years for the role of Senior Consultant.
• You have relevant experience in implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
• You possess very good knowledge of common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Langchain) as well as database systems (e.g., vector databases, graph databases).
• You are proficient in programming in Python and have experience with development standards in a corporate context.
  • Additionally Senior Level: You have extensive experience in team leadership and project organization.
• You are interested in current topics in AI and stay technically up-to-date.
• You have very strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• You are a team player, motivated, flexible, communicative, and proactive.
• You possess excellent presentation and moderation skills and act confidently when dealing with clients.
• You are willing to travel.
• You have very good German and English skills (min. C1 in both languages).
