AI Security (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d)

• You analyze business processes, organizational structures, or technical systems and identify optimization potentials through the use of AI.
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You advise clients on the secure introduction and use of AI solutions and support them in realistically assessing the opportunities and risks of AI.
• You advise specialist departments and develop customized AI strategies to improve the effectiveness or efficiency of cybersecurity and related applications.
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You support managers and project leads with strategic and conceptual questions regarding the use of AI in the context of existing security structures.
• You support project or program management at our clients.
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You lead and accompany AI security projects from analysis through conception to implementation and act as a central interface between business units, IT, and security.
• You prepare and moderate workshops and training sessions.
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You design, organize, and moderate workshops, assessments, and training sessions on AI Security, e.g., on risk assessment of AI use cases or on the secure use of GenAI.
• You prepare reporting documents for decision-makers and committees to enable informed decisions.
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You document results, prepare management and decision documents, and present them appropriately to various stakeholders.

• You develop and evaluate practical concepts and guidelines for securing AI applications without delving deeply into technical implementation.
• You support project and stakeholder management, coordinate involved parties, and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and decisions.
• You monitor market and technology trends in the field of AI Security and derive relevant impulses for client projects and new consulting approaches.

• You have a good to very good completed (Master's) degree in economics, (business) informatics, a technical, natural science, mathematical, or related discipline.
• You bring 1-2 years of professional experience for the role of Consultant or 2-5 years of professional experience for the role of Senior Consultant.
• You are interested in questions concerning the secure development of AI, the secure use of AI applications, or the use of AI to improve cybersecurity.
• You work in a structured and pragmatic manner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new issues.
• You possess an open and empathetic personality.
• You are a team player, motivated, performance-oriented, flexible, communicative, and proactive.
• You have no fear of technical concepts and enjoy building bridges between development and management.
• You are motivated by impact and personal growth from working in a team as well as with and for our clients.
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
• You are willing to travel.
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level in both languages). 

• You confidently tackle questions concerning the secure development of AI, the secure use of AI applications, or the use of AI to improve cybersecurity.
• You possess sound knowledge of modern project management methods, understand corporate processes in IT and cybersecurity, and are proficient in their conception, implementation, analysis, and optimization.
• You are a creative and motivated team player with high initiative and a passion for driving innovative ideas and building long-term relationships with clients.
• You are characterized by analytical and visionary thinking as well as excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts understandably and to advise clients confidently.
• You possess strong presentation and moderation skills and interact confidently with clients.
