AI Prompt Specialist - Cluj

Get to know the role
We are looking for a AI Prompt Specialist with a strong foundation in Python, prompt
engineering, and basic ML concepts to support the development of exploratory Jupyter
notebooks combining LLMs and data analysis pipelines. The ideal candidate is
technically curious, effective in communication, and comfortable working across
disciplines to support map automation and discovery initiatives.
This role is essential to accelerating experimentation and insight generation in the LLM
space for geo-related applications.

The Day-to-Day Activities
• Design and build interactive notebooks using Python and prompt engineering to
explore, analyze, and extract value from geospatial and visual data;
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and map experts to integrate LLM
outputs with geospatial analysis;
• Develop prototypes and workflows that apply LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) to vision,
text, and tabular data tasks;
• Analyze patterns and anomalies in map data using statistical and ML
techniques;
• Evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of LLM-based tools in real-world
workflows;
• Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and translate business needs
into exploratory analysis;
• Share findings via visualizations and presentations that influence product or
research directions;
• Drive documentation and reproducibility standards within the notebook
environment.

Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy,
matplotlib/seaborn, scikit-learn;
• Hands-on experience with prompting and working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI,
Claude, or similar APIs);
• Solid understanding of basic ML concepts: classification, regression, clustering;
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and an iterative, experimental development
workflow;
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present
insights to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to give and receive feedback
constructively;
• A proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

Good to Have
• Familiarity with Computer Vision or geospatial data analysis;
• Experience working with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex,
etc.);
• Knowledge of basic DevOps or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP);
• Prior experience working in mapping, mobility, or logistics domain.
