Aufgaben

As AI Project Lead (m/w/d), you will steer our customer projects with a focus on implementation, structure, and impact. Due to our multi-project structure, you are responsible for several projects at once.

At the same time, you will build with us the methods, standards, and processes that make our delivery more professional and scalable in the long term.

Your tasks in detail:

• You lead AI- and software projects structured and goal-oriented to success.
• You translate requirements into clear priorities, plans, and work packages.
• You coordinate customers, project team, and stakeholders along common goals.
• You steer risks, resources, timings, and dependencies in the daily project routine.
• You ensure that projects remain focused on the right results and genuine added value.
• You establish standards and best practices to further systematize our project work.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of professional experience in project management from IT-, software-, data- or AI-projects, ideally in a consulting firm, agency, or dynamic tech environment.
• A high degree of ability to structure complex projects, set priorities, and steer multiple stakeholders with sovereignty.
• A good understanding of software development and cloud architectures; experience in modern AI/GenAI applications is a plus.
• A structured, pragmatic, and self-responsible work style with high quality standards and strong implementation orientation.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
