AI Programme Manager

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional AI Programme Manager to join our UniQue Brussels team What will you be bringing to the team? Lead and support the GAIA Programme team in line with corporate management frameworks (e.g., PM², Agile). Monitor and report on Programme execution and delivery. Define associated metrics, indicators, and dashboards to facilitate reporting. Maintain a registry of Programme artefacts, such as reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Ensure Programme documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team. Collaborate with the Programme Manager to develop and maintain the Programme Charter, including Programme objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop and maintain Programme dashboards and reports to track Programme progress and performance. Ensure Programme artefacts are properly archived and maintained for future reference. Provide guidance and support to Programme team members on Programme management best practices and tools. Develop and maintain Programme metrics and KPIs to measure Programme success. Ensure Programme is aligned with corporate objectives and strategies. Develop and maintain Programme risk management plan to identify, assess, and mitigate Programme risks. Ensure Programme is compliant with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain Programme communication plan to ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Ensure Programme is properly closed out and archived after completion. What are we looking for in a candidate? Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration). Minimum 5 years of experience in Programme management, preferably in the AI or data science domain. Strong understanding of Programme management methodologies (e.g., PM², Agile). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
