AI Program Manager (m/f/d)

As an AI Program Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a newly created position and be responsible for the internal use of Artificial Intelligence at catworkx, from alignment and identification of potentials to empowering our colleagues. The focus is not on showcases, but on tangible added value in everyday work and for our customers. You will actively shape structures and standards from the outset and therefore have significant scope for design. You will report directly to the management.

• You will manage our AI activities, define expansion stages, and make adoption, impact, and costs transparent through key figures
• You will evaluate possible use cases with the respective teams, prioritize them, and build prototypes yourself using low-code and no-code tools
• You will transform tested approaches into long-term viable automations, skills, and agents, each with clear ownership and central provision
• You will drive our vision of significantly increased use of Anthropic Claude alongside our existing internal AI solution, ensuring security and broad accessibility
  
• You will design enablement formats for managers, power users, and all employees, implement them with our Academy, and serve as the point of contact for AI questions throughout the company
  
• You will prepare decisions on the tool landscape, keep an eye on API and token usage, and ensure compliance with the EU AI Regulation through our AI Compliance Management
  
• Your first six months
  

• Months 1 to 2: Conversations with all relevant stakeholders as well as an inventory of software, licenses, and budgets. Result: a documented starting position and a cleaned-up overview of the existing backlog
• Months 2 to 3: Draft for AI strategy and roadmap, a portfolio focusing on sales, and a concept for measuring success
• Months 3 to 4: Two to three pilot projects from this are implemented, small, fast, and with visible results. Additionally, Office Hours will take place regularly
• Months 4 to 6: At least one application runs stably in regular operation and delivers reliable results, the focus shifts to Delivery, the Ambassador program starts, and management receives structured reporting
  

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
  
• You have at least five years of experience at the interface between business processes and technology, for example from consulting, requirements management, project management, or product ownership, and have already established a topic from scratch in a larger organization
  
• You are proficient in using LLMs such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini and can independently implement projects in a corporate context with them
  
• You can calculate business cases, demonstrably prove efficiency gains, and are familiar with the basics of AI governance and data protection
  
• You take initiative and are strong in implementation, explain complex issues clearly, and inspire people for change
  
• You are fluent in German and English, knowledge of Atlassian products or Rovo is a plus, but not a disqualifying criterion
