AI Product Trainer

Talks & Talks Technologies Ltd is building the next generation of intelligent communication tools through our proprietary AI ecosystem. From real-time translation and AI-powered virtual assistants to video avatars and enterprise task automation, we’re innovating across industries such as banking, retail, healthcare, and education.

We are seeking an articulate, curious, and tech-savvy AI Product Trainer Intern to become a bridge between our engineers and end-users—ensuring our products are not just usable, but truly transformative.

As an AI Product Trainer , you will become an expert in our AI products and help others experience their full potential. You’ll work closely with the product and R&D teams, gaining deep knowledge of our technology, and then translate that knowledge into powerful, accessible training for internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with AI engineers, R&D specialists, and product developers to understand the technical functionality and features of AI products.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of how each product module works, including LLMs, real-time translators, smart assistants, and other AI tools.
Create product documentation, training material, user guides, FAQs, and onboarding content.
• Train internal teams, new employees, clients, and partners on product usage and best practices.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, live demos, product walkthroughs, webinars, and workshops.
• Translate complex AI functionalities into simple, understandable presentations and guides.
• Provide feedback to the engineering and product teams based on user interactions and experiences.
• Assist in the preparation of demo scripts, customer training decks, sales presentations, and technical explainer content.
• Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to support product education in client meetings.
• Contribute to building a scalable internal training system as new AI products are launched. Ideal Candidate Profile
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a UK university (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• A foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, LLMs, or NLP technologies.
• An enthusiasm for simplifying complex systems into easy-to-understand explanations.
• Comfortable with productivity and presentation tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, Notion, or basic video editing tools.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to AI tools, SaaS platforms, APIs, or real-time communication technologies.
