Our client is a growing AI consulting and product company based in Munich that supports companies in integrating Artificial Intelligence – from strategy to implementation to training. The core business: AI solutions that don't just work, but inspire – for clients from industry, HR, finance, and beyond.

The team is small, agile, with an office in Munich – and is now looking for someone who leads AI projects, advises clients, and thinks technically.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects end-to-end: From customer workshops and requirements analysis to the productive MVP – agile, iterative, and data-driven.
• Advise clients and identify AI potentials: Recognize and evaluate use cases, e.g., automated data processing, NLP for HR processes, AI-based decision support, or agentic workflows.
• Technical Conception and Implementation: Design agent architectures and RAG systems, integrate LLM APIs and tools, work with MCP, optimize prompts and context, and consider guardrails and evaluations. You build prototypes yourself in Python or current frameworks.
• Agile control of the entire lifecycle: From the first prototype through the MVP to the scalable product – together with consultants and engineers.
• Moderate customer workshops: Capture requirements, sketch solutions, and outline realistic AI potentials – in German and English.
• Utilize modern AI tools in practice: Current agent frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, or CrewAI, vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate, as well as APIs and models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Microsoft. You build agents and productive workflows, not just chatbots.
• Consider security, data protection, and AI governance: Design solutions so that data protection, access rights, data flows, guardrails, and regulatory requirements are considered from the outset.
• Create training materials and documentation: Develop handouts, guides, and technical documentation that clients can actually work with afterwards.
• Build a technical and business bridge: Understand customer needs and translate them into technically feasible solutions. You speak with decision-makers just as confidently as with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience after graduation – in a tech, agency, or consulting context as a Product Owner, AI Consultant, Technical Consultant, or in a hybrid role; no working student experience, no fresh graduates
• Very good university degree – in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field; excellent academic performance
• You have managed AND technically contributed to customer projects – ideally with AI-related content; you can both moderate a workshop and build an agent
• Very good understanding of agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and their application – you understand ReAct, tool use, multi-agent systems, embeddings, and know when what makes sense
• Technical hands-on experience: Python, API integration, prompt engineering, current agent frameworks, vector DBs – you build prototypes, not just presentations
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot – integration, customization, prompt design for enterprise contexts
• Communication skills in German (C1) and English – you advise C-level, moderate workshops, write concepts; confident demeanor is essential
• Self-organization, ownership, and a desire for changing requirements – you manage projects, clients, and your own time
• You are eager to learn and stay technically up-to-date – AI develops rapidly, you develop with it

• Fresh graduates or candidates with
• Pure consultants without technical hands-on experience – here you also need to be able to build the agent
• Pure developers without customer communication – here you moderate workshops and advise stakeholders
• Theorists who only know agentic AI from podcasts – you have already prototyped multi-agent systems
• Candidates without a very good university degree – academic excellence is important
• Candidates with German skills below C1 – customer consulting in German is non-negotiable
• Candidates who are not willing to work at least 1 day per week in the office in Munich – presence is mandatory
