Job description

Build KI-based tools and automations that make our Marketing-, Creative-, Operations- and Engineering-Teams 10x faster and better. You'll be working on our proprietary platform Lyto.OS, developing it continuously with our Tech Team.

Tasks

  • You find automation and KI opportunities throughout the company – in direct exchange with teams, close to real workflows instead of whiteboards.
  • You build KI-based workflows for Marketing & Creative: briefing generation, copy review, asset QA, and ad performance summaries – along our trend-to-product cycle of under a week.
  • You develop quality assurance and anomaly recognition tooling for our proprietary platform LYTO.OS.
  • You ship lightweight internal agents that take over repetitive work – so people can focus on what they really need.
  • You are responsible for end-to-end internal operations automation: reporting pipelines, approval flows, and system-wide data syncs across our 15 microservices.
  • You scope, prioritize, build, ship, and iterate – independently, with a short path from idea to production.

Qualification

  • You're an excellent engineer who builds software that carries real load in production – clean, pragmatic, without bloat.
  • Our stack (PHP/Laravel & Python, Vue/React, MySQL, Docker, DigitalOcean) is familiar to you or you easily adapt to it.
  • You've built LLM systems not just created but productively operated with everything that means: costs, latency, evaluations, error cases, monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, the Anthropic Agent SDK, or multi-step AI agents in production
  • You expand AI tooling over MCPs and own integrations against real data sources
  • Deep understanding of LLM workflows: prompt engineering, tool use, structured outputs, RAG – and the judgment to choose the right tool for the problem.
  • You think entrepreneurially and product-driven: you speak with users, question requirements, cut scope consistently, and distinguish KI play from real business impact.
  • You want ownership end-to-end in a small, senior team that has shipped more than most 20-person teams.

Benefits

  • Greenfield scope: you define what's built – based on genuine team needs, not predefined tickets.
  • Direct access to all functions: Marketing, Ops, Creative, and Engineering – you work with everyone, not isolated in a silo.
  • Small team, quick decisions, real impact from week one.
  • Collaboration & fun: an ambitious team that values humor, creativity, and shared experiences – with regular team events and retreats.
  • Hybrid work from our 400 m² loft office in Düsseldorf.
  • Urban Sports Club membership.
  • Competitive remuneration.

We look forward to your application. No cover letter is necessary. Please describe briefly why you want to work with us and where you make a difference.
