Experience and skills you need to join us: Strong full-stack engineering ability. You've shipped end-to-end solutions independently, not just contributed to pieces. Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling. Daily use of coding agents, experience with multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM APIs. You know where they accelerate work and where they don't. Curiosity and creativity. Side projects, experimentation, connecting dots others miss, staying current with a space that changes rapidly. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools and technologies, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
