You think in products, work daily with digital tools – but programming has always been the task of others until now?

That's exactly what's changing now. Those who can precisely brief AI are building functional software today – and for that, they don't need a computer science degree, but a craft that can be learned.

The Vibe Coding Bootcamp of Digitale Leute School trains digitally experienced career changers without programming experience remotely and part-time to become AI Product Builders. In 26 sessions, you go from the initial idea to your own, live deployed AI product. For job seekers with a Bildungsgutschein (education voucher), participation is completely free.

Digitale Leute is the platform for product management, UX design, and engineering. Together with partners like Airbnb, Porsche Digital, Atlassian, and Rewe Digital, we are shaping the software development of tomorrow – our trainers come from exactly these teams.

Tasks

Creative Foundations – from idea to impact:

You don't start with code, but with what you already bring: product thinking. You learn to recognize user needs, use AI as a creative partner, and turn an idea into a viable concept – at the end of module 1, you'll have your first prototype.

Technical Foundations – enough technology to stay in control:

Data, APIs, command line, Git and GitHub, deployment and hosting. Not an end in itself, but the foundation to understand what the AI is building for you – and to bring your app from your laptop live to the web.

Prompt Engineering – how language becomes code:

The core of the craft, over five sessions. You learn prompt design patterns, build multi-step prompt chains, debug and optimize systematically, instead of guessing. The end result is "Prompt to Prototype": your first own feature.

System Flow & Automation – processes that work for you:

You automate workflows, connect no-code tools like Airtable, Notion, and Retool, integrate LLMs and your own data, and keep your systems under control through orchestration and monitoring.

Agentic AI Engineering – your own AI product:

You design AI product architectures, build and orchestrate multi-agent systems, test your prototype, and evaluate it based on quality, ethics, and responsibility. In conclusion, you present and position your product – to a real audience.

Qualification

• You come from a digital role – Product, Marketing, Design, Ops, Sales, Consulting, Data, or Project Management.
• You have not worked as a developer until now. If you are already a software developer, our AI Software Engineering Bootcamp is a more suitable fit.
• You are tech-savvy: You try out new tools before anyone asks you to. Experience with ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Zapier/Make, or other no-code builders is a real advantage, but not a requirement.
• You no longer want to wait for dev capacity to test your ideas.
• You can handle it when something doesn't work right away – systematic debugging is part of the craft, even with AI.
• You enjoy working in a team and can empathize with users and stakeholders.
• You are willing to delve into rapidly growing topics like Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
• German language proficiency B2, English for tools and documentation.
