AI Product Builder (m/f/d) - Product Design & AI Development

We combine thoughtful product design, technical expertise, and modern AI technologies to implement digital products efficiently and with a high standard of quality.

For our team, we are looking for a person who not only wants to design digital products but also wants to realize them independently. Someone with a good sense for user-friendliness, an understanding of technical contexts, and joy in transforming ideas into functional software using AI Coding Agents.

Tasks

• Product and Feature Conception: You develop well-thought-out functions, user interfaces, and digital workflows from customer requirements and product ideas.
• UX/UI Design: You design intuitive, modern, and consistent user interfaces with a high standard of usability and design quality.
• AI-powered Software Development: You independently implement features and applications using modern AI Coding Agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools.
• End-to-End Responsibility: You accompany features from the initial idea through conception and implementation to the finished, usable result.
• Testing & Optimization: You check the functionality, usability, and quality of your solutions and continuously develop them further.
• Product Further Development: You contribute your own ideas, question existing processes, and identify potential for improving our products.
• Collaboration with Clients and Team: You understand business requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and coordinate closely with clients and colleagues.
• SaaS and Individual Projects: You work on the further development of our own platforms as well as on varied client projects.

Qualification

• You have a strong sense for good digital products, intuitive user interfaces, and well-thought-out user experiences.
• You have experience in product design, UX/UI design, digital product management, or a comparable product-related activity.
• You can independently develop meaningful functions, user flows, and interfaces from rough requirements.
• You fundamentally understand how modern web applications work and have a basic technical understanding of topics such as APIs, databases, and application logic.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with AI Coding Agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• You can independently evaluate technical and design results, identify problems, and iteratively improve solutions.
• You think product-oriented, work independently, and enjoy taking responsibility for your results.
• You possess good communication skills and very good German language skills.

We are not looking for a specific job title, but the right combination of product understanding, design competence, and technical interest.

Classic programming experience is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement. What is crucial is your ability to conceptualize good digital products and implement them independently using modern AI tools.
