As an AI Product Builder and/or Product Manager, you will be immersed within our clients' teams. You will work for companies ranging from French Startups to large international groups, in various sectors, to identify and develop AI opportunities that create value.
Your mission:
Exploration and Innovation
- Identify AI opportunities for our clients and for the firm
- Rapidly prototype agentic solutions with no-code/low-code tools (V0, n8n, etc.)
- Conduct continuous monitoring and explore the latest innovations
- Evaluate and select relevant AI technologies
- Participate in our R&D team to position Thiga as a market leader
Product & AI Expertise
- Establish a "clear" product vision and identify uncertainties related to AI
- Define the strategy and roadmap for AI products
- Implement and integrate AI capabilities into applications
- Manage the lifecycle of AI products, from experimentation to generalization
- Define the MVPs and iterations that will enable the vision to be achieved
- Analyze the performance of AI solutions and identify levers for improvement
Change Management
- Understand the organizational impacts of proposed AI solutions
- Design and deploy adoption strategies tailored to different stakeholders
- Identify and address potential resistance to AI
- Support the upskilling of teams and users on new solutions
- Measure adoption and adjust approaches to maximize impact
You have the profile if:
- You have a very good AI culture: you know the application areas and challenges of creating products based on generative AI
- You understand what an agentic system is and its potential applications
- You understand the key concepts of prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with practical experience of LLMs (directly and via API)
- You are capable of rapidly prototyping AI solutions using no-code/low-code tools
- You master agile practices (Scrum & Kanban methodology)
- You are well-versed in digital product creation methods such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup
- You know how to adopt the right level of discourse to align technical and business teams
- You speak English
The little extras:
- You master AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- You have concrete experience with agentic systems
- You have experience with multimodal AI applications (voice, vision, text)
- You have an understanding of cloud architectures for deploying AI solutions
