Über die Rolle:

The AI & Process Automation Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing KI-based solutions to optimize internal processes at adlicious. The role combines technical KI knowledge with a deep understanding of operational workflows within the company and acts as a central interface between teams and new technologies.

Aufgaben

Prozessanalyse & Potenzialerkennung:

• Systematic analysis of existing workflows (campaign management, reporting, creation, sales, admin) for automation and KI potential.

Tool-Scouting & Evaluation:

• Ongoing research, evaluation, and pilot testing of KI tools, platforms, and APIs relevant to adlicious.

Implementierung & Integration:

• Introduction and configuration of selected solutions, including integration with existing systems and the proprietary Ad-Tech infrastructure.

Enablement & Training:

• Training and support for teams in using new KI tools, creation of best practices, and internal guides.

Interner AI-Support:

• First point of contact for employees with KI-related questions, problems, or ideas - a kind of 'AI Help Desk'.

Effizienz-Tracking:

• Measurement and documentation of the time savings and quality improvements achieved through implemented solutions.

Trend-Monitoring:

• Ongoing monitoring of the KI market with a focus on relevance to the digital advertising industry.

Qualifikation

Fundiertes KI-Verständnis:

• In-depth knowledge of current KI tools and trends like LLMs, automation, and no-code/low-code solutions to identify innovative application opportunities.

Prozess- und Operations-Expertise:

• Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and scaling processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Kommunikationsstärke:

• Ability to convey complex technical information in a way that is understandable for both departmental teams and management.

Eigeninitiative & Hands-on-Mentalität:

• Proactive work style with high implementation strength and willingness to drive topics independently.

Digital Marketing / AdTech-Know-how:

• Ideal experience in the digital marketing or AdTech field with an understanding of data-driven business models.

Technisches Grundverständnis:

• Solid knowledge of technical fundamentals like API structures and ideally some experience in scripting.
