AI & Process Automation Lead (M/F/D)

To make our processes future-proof and to exploit the full potential of Artificial Intelligence, we are looking for you as a bridge between technological innovation and our employees. In this key role, you will report directly to OMR's management and strategically drive AI adoption in our company.

You will ensure that AI tools are understood, accepted, and used to create value in everyday work. You will empower our teams, accompany the cultural change, and ensure that our AI initiatives are safe, data protection-compliant, and measurably successful. As a driving force for Artificial Intelligence, you will accompany OMR on its journey to becoming an AI First Company and ensure that amidst all automation, the crucial "Human in the Lead" is never lost.

• You will analyze our existing business processes, identify potentials for AI use, and evaluate which tools offer the greatest economic added value
• You will continuously evaluate the latest AI tools and LLMs and implement them across the entire OMR cosmos
• You will be in close exchange with management and actively drive the strategic transformation to an AI First Company
• You will advise all departments as a central sparring partner and identify tailor-made AI potentials for the respective teams
• You will build scalable automation workflows and efficiently connect our internal system landscape
• You will design interactive training courses and workshops, empowering your colleagues in the safe use of LLMs and AI tools
• You will establish clear guidelines and best practices for the responsible and effective use of Artificial Intelligence
• You will embed a data-driven innovation culture and make our daily work processes noticeably faster

Must-haves:

• You have a strong passion for and a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, as well as practical experience in applying AI tools in a corporate context (e.g., for data analysis, workflow automation)
• You are familiar with Claude and the Claude ecosystem
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can quickly translate complex use cases into simple digital solutions
• You communicate at eye level with various stakeholders and inspire different teams for technical innovations
• You work extremely independently and always maintain an overview, even with many parallel initiatives
• You are fluent in German and English and are passionate about sharing your enthusiasm for new technologies with others

• You have extensive experience in building and optimizing processes with no-code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n and are well-versed in CRM systems like HubSpot
