AI Operations Manager Full-time - (m/w/d)

As AI Operations Manager, you are responsible for integrating and continuously optimizing artificial intelligence and automation into our daily work processes.

You identify manual or inefficient workflows, develop automated solutions, and ensure that AI tools are meaningfully used throughout the entire company.

Your goal: Making processes faster, scalable, and more efficient.

You will work closely with management and all teams together and play a central role in the further development of our internal systems and workflows.

Ai Operations Managers generally ensure that AI systems and automations are efficiently used, monitored, and continuously improved within the company.

Tasks

• Analyze existing processes and identify automation potentialities
• Development and implementation of AI-supported workflows and automations
• Integration of AI tools into existing systems and work flows
• Building efficient internal processes for Marketing, Operations, and Reporting
• Automating repetitive tasks within the company
• Documented and structured workflows and automations
• Closely working with all teams to optimize daily work
• Ongoing evaluation of new AI tools and technologies

Qualification

• Strong interest in Ai, Automation, and Process Optimization
• Experience with AI tools or automation platforms
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Ability to simplify complex processes
• Self-reliant and solution-oriented work style

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable or APIs
• Experience with Low-Code / No-Code Automations
• Experience in a Startup, Agency Field or rapidly growing company
