We have built the first KI-Agenten für die Buchhaltung: With Tess, we help accounting firms overcome the shortage of skilled workers and free up small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) from daily chaos caused by invoices and payments. LLMs** have finally made it possible to fully automate all unstructured data in accounting. That's why over >120 Steuerkanzleien and mehrere tausend KMUs already use our KI-Agenten. We support SMBs in all industries: from craftsmen to OnlyFans-Creators, everything is included!

We are growing extremely strongly and are looking for you to finally launch this rocket with us. Our ambition: To become the “Personio für die Buchhaltung”.

Aufgaben

As AI & Operations Manager (m/w/d), you are the core component of our value chain. Because: You are responsible for our complete operations: from releasing new accounting records, through technical implementation of an onboarding process, to data-driven user support. You are the first point of contact for SMBs that use Tess and develop a deep understanding of our product. You work directly with the founders and have a clear goal: Baue mit uns das “Personio für Buchhaltung” – that means: We want to process every accounting record in Germany.

• Operations: You ensure that a successful onboarding becomes a
