You're a good fit for us if you…

• have already gained some practical programming experience
• are intensely interested in AI and actively engage with it
• ideally have already developed with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools
• enjoy trying new things and quickly get to grips with unfamiliar topics
• speak fluent German
