Your Role

For our subsidiary PALO IT LABS based in Paris and entirely focused on developing our Gen-e2 methodology, you will be tasked with using cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development cycles and drive innovation.

As a key member of our team, you will lead high-impact, AI-driven engineering initiatives from the discovery to delivery phase. You will be responsible for technical excellence, team skill development, and client success, ensuring that each project aligns with the Gen-e2 speed-to-impact model.

As an AI Native Lead Architect, your main responsibilities will be:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Define service scopes and reference architectures, in alignment with SLOs, security policies, and cost optimization objectives.

• Oversee the engineering context (functional and technical) within the product repository, ensuring transparency and quality through automated PR templates and adherence to documentation standards.

• Conduct risk and threat analyses, arbitrating between performance, privacy, sustainability, and security.

• Design and implement safeguards in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., sensitive data anonymization, license verification, compliance gates) to ensure enterprise-level quality.

• Continuously improve key indicators related to energy efficiency, cloud costs, and system accessibility.
   

Collaborative Engagement

• Facilitate collaboration with technical sponsors and product teams, serving as a technical expertise reference.

• Participate in pitch, proof-of-concept, and ecosystem and artifact development phases.
   

Coaching & Change Facilitation

• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization while ensuring the delivery of technical development.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on business operations and team performance.
  

You are in the right place if

• You are a seasoned Software Architect and Tech Lead, recognized for your ability to integrate AI-First methods into robust and scalable technical solutions.

• You have at least 6 years of experience in architecture and software development (Java, .net, Python, React, Angular...) and AI, with a strong technical appetite and a hands-on capability;

• Strong expertise in designing and scaling cloud-native applications or AI-First architectures;

• In-depth mastery of CI/CD processes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization technologies, and DevSecOps practices;

• Familiarity with UX-as-Code approaches and design system thinking;

• Ability to support and mentor diverse teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions;

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You understand prompt engineering principles for optimal interaction with AI tools;

• You have high knowledge and curiosity of AI/ML technologies, including OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, and context engineering.

• You possess critical and analytical thinking to validate and verify AI-generated code and solutions;

• You have a permanent desire to learn and stay informed about the rapidly evolving AI landscape;

• You are sensitive to social, environmental, and Tech For Good issues and integrate them into what you build;
