WHAT AWAITS YOU
We are currently launching a series of new, long-term projects from scratch, where we think AI-first from the outset – from development to product idea. Topics such as tourism, mental health, and the music industry meet modern software stacks and agentic development. If you are eager to build things with us that don't smell like 08/15 enterprise, but really make a difference, then we are looking for you!

Tasks

• Together with your team, you develop software that truly makes a difference
• You are in direct exchange with users and customers and translate real problems into clean solutions
• You dive deep into business processes and build software that improves them
• You use AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex as an integral part of your work
• You are eager to question things and try new approaches

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or university degree with relevant subject matter
• Min. 3 years of full-stack experience with a feel for clean architecture, maintainable code, and meaningful abstractions
• Experience with real users and customers
• AI-assisted development is a central tool for you
• Git, CI/CD, and agile development are everyday practice
• Initial DevOps experience
• Self-driven, structured, solution-oriented
• German C1, English B2
