AI-native Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) Part-time

Your tasks

• Build features for our web apps (admin interface, customer portal)

• Maintain and further develop data pipelines for laboratory data (parsers, background jobs)

• Set up, monitor, and improve AI agents and automations

• Find and fix bugs, keep an eye on monitoring

• Independently bring tasks from idea to production

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience in software development (university, vocational training, or career change with strong projects)

• Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node

• You work daily with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor and know how to check their output

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and deployments (e.g., Vercel)

• Independent, solution-oriented way of working

• Interest in AI toolings, data, and logical thinking

• Fluent German, good English

• Also possible alongside studies (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics)

Nice to have

• Experience with queues, background jobs, or data processing

• Initial experience with LLM APIs, MCP, or agent frameworks

• Your own side projects that you can show us

Framework

• Part-time, approx. 20 hours per week, start immediately

• Permanent contract, 6 months probation period, vacation pro rata
