Job Description:

• Hands-on experience across leading LLM platforms (Cohere, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AgentSpace, Claude).
• Able to assess platform capabilities, maturity, and tradeoffs.
• Strong grasp of model architectures: transformers, RAG, agent orchestration, tool calling, and when to apply each.
• Practical experience with fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt optimization against enterprise data sets.
• Able to apply evaluation frameworks that measure real-world performance: hallucination rates, reasoning depth, cost, latency, and accuracy.
• Deep understanding of agent frameworks (multi-step reasoning, memory, orchestration, autonomy) and their operational limitations.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, business-focused recommendations for senior leadership.
• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally across product, engineering, legal, commercial, and operations to align AI deployment to business objectives.
• Skilled at pressure-testing business use cases across tasks like summarization, retrieval, classification, reasoning, and identifying where AI will (and won't) drive impact.
