Marketing for small businesses means us: complex energy topics translated in such a way that the CEO of a 200-employee company understands them within two minutes and is eager to have a conversation about it.

We are looking for someone who does not work like they did in 2018, but like they will in 2026. Own workflows, AI-supported, quickly test, quickly learn. You build growth not over budgets, but over speed and substance.

Aufgaben

• You translate complex energy topics: battery storage, dynamic tariffs, atypical network usage, PPAs into contents that really interest small businesses.
• You build and operate our Growth channels: LinkedIn (Company & Founder), Website, E-Mail-Outbound, Newsletter, Case Studies, and Lead Magnets.
• You use AI natively for content production, research, personalization, targeting, and reporting. You build your own workflows that give you leverage that a classic marketing team does not have.
• You work in fast test-learn cycles: what works? What doesn't? What do we scale?
• You are responsible for our MQL pipeline, from lead generation to handover to Sales, hand in hand with the sales team.
• You develop our brand voice further: honest, direct, without buzzword bingo. So, like small businesses speak.

Qualifikation

• You have already done growth marketing, ideally in the B2B field, particularly with a focus on small businesses or complex products that require explanation.
• You use AI not just for research, but to build: own GPTs/Projects, n8n workflows, automated research, AI-supported personalization. If you read this job description and think "I've already built something like this", perfect.
• You write well in German and English.
• You can quickly grasp energy, tech, or industry topics. You don't have to know everything, but you want to understand it.
• You work data-based, not opinion-based. CAC, Conversion Rate, Funnel - you know what they mean and how to move them.
• You speak German at a native speaker level (or very close) and good English.
• Nice to have: experience with the energy industry, LinkedIn thought leadership building, performance marketing, or content operations.
