And your job is to scale this impact.

• You build growth not in PowerPoints.
• You build growth in real experiments, funnels, tools, and results.

Our goal is clear:

From 0 to 100,000 users in 12 months.

• With a positive business case.
• With measurable ROAS.
  With AI as an amplifier.

Because every new product means:

more reach, more care, more women who get help.

And that's just the beginning — because we're launching not only one app, but several new indications over the next few years to systematically redefine women's health.

Tasks

Work closely with the Founders & Leadership team together.

You are the Growth-Owner for new App-Launches:

• Launch & Scaling of new Health Apps from scratch
• Fast growth experiments: Hypothesis → Test → Learn → Scale
• Focus on Return on Ad Spend, CAC, Funnel Conversion
• BUILDING automated marketing machines (AI + Automation)
• Cross-divisional collaboration: Marketing, Product, Support, Leadership
• Implementation over management: You ship things that bring users

You're not a Prompt-Operator. You're a Builder.

You've ideally already worked independently perhaps:

• Your own agency
• Your own startup
• Your own projects, where you had to do your own marketing
