AI - Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with deep experience building and optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, embeddings, and multimodal AI pipelines. In this role, you will design, implement, and scale next-generation AI solutions powering our core products for enterprise U.S. customers.

This is a remote position, open to top engineers across LATAM who collaborate closely with our U.S. engineering and product teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs, generative AI models, or applied NLP systems.

• Proven expertise building RAG architectures, vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus), and knowledge retrieval workflows.

• Strong experience designing and implementing embedding-based systems (text, image, or multimodal).

• Demonstrated ability to work with multimodal models, pipelines, or cross-modal tasks.

• Solid programming skills in Python, including experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Experience deploying AI workloads using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Excellent communication in English and comfort working with U.S.-based teams.
