AI Learning Specialist, Asia

Reporting to the Director, Functional Learning and Enterprise Initiatives, the AI Learning Specialist, Asia will support delivery of the Asia AI learning roadmap aligned to the global strategy. They will drive role-based learning design, skills assessment, and partnerships with Singapore government bodies. This role requires a self-starter with a growth mindset, someone who thrives on curiosity, adapts quickly, and takes ownership of delivering impactful outcomes. As a key partner to stakeholders, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered learning solutions that meet the needs of Asia-based employees. They will also contribute to the development of AI learning strategies, curricula, and content, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
