• You will further develop the strategic direction around AI and digital innovations
• You will lead a team of AI specialists and AI enablers
• You will establish central structures, standards, and best practices for the successful use of AI
• Together with various teams, you will identify potentials for automation and intelligent process improvements
• You will prioritize initiatives based on their added value and accompany their implementation
• You will manage a diverse portfolio of innovation and digitization projects
• You will promote the acceptance of new technologies through communication, knowledge transfer, and change management measures
• You will monitor technological developments and derive recommendations for action from them
• You will advise executives on strategic issues related to AI, automation, and digital transformation

• A completed university degree in IT, digitization, business, or technology
• Several years of experience in transformation, innovation, or digitization projects
• An IT background and understanding of IT architectures
• Experience in driving the topic of AI within an organization
• Leadership or lead experience
• Understanding of current AI technologies and their practical applications
• Experience in building structures, processes, or organization-wide initiatives
• A strategic mindset combined with pragmatic implementation strength
• Enjoyment of inspiring people for new ideas and successfully accompanying change
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at different company levels
• Very good German and English skills
