AI lead / Architect Location: Bangalore Mode: Hybrid Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Architect with 10 years of expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across IT and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in CPG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and BFSI, and strong leadership in building scalable, secure AI ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Define and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee the entire AI lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and tools. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of AI systems. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and data scientists. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and advancements. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in AI, with a focus on architecture and leadership. Proven experience in designing and implementing GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, models, and frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong knowledge of software development and system design principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Experience in CPG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or BFSI industries is a plus. Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is a plus.
