AI Integrations & Automation Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking an AI Integration & Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation workflows, API-driven integrations, and AI-powered solutions across enterprise applications and IT systems. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient automation frameworks that reduce manual effort and enable predictive, self-healing IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Application & API Integrations: Develop and maintain API-based integrations between various systems, services, and platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and automated workflows. Design and implement APIs using RESTful architecture, GraphQL, or other relevant technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. Automation Frameworks: Develop, test, and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or other relevant technologies. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of automation workflows. AI & Machine Learning: Design and implement AI-powered solutions using machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other relevant technologies to automate IT operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. Work with data scientists and engineers to develop predictive models that enable proactive IT operations. IT Systems Integration: Integrate AI-powered solutions with various IT systems, including but not limited to: cloud-based services like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud; on-premise infrastructure like VMware, Hyper-V; and other relevant technologies. Ensure seamless integration and automation of IT processes across multiple platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation engineering. Strong understanding of API-driven integrations, automation frameworks, and AI-powered solutions. Experience with cloud-based services like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud; on-premise infrastructure like VMware, Hyper-V; and other relevant technologies. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C++, or other relevant technologies. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
