Our client is a well-established IT and digitalization service provider for a large corporate group in the real estate industry in Düsseldorf. The task: AI not as a pilot project, but as a fixed component of daily business – End-to-End, productive, in ongoing operation. For this purpose, the customer is building a powerful 3-person team that identifies processes, designs and rolls out KI skills. As an AI Integration Engineer, you will report directly to the team leader and be the driving force in daily operations.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End responsibility for KI skills & agents: from use case idea to API-based deployment in ongoing operation
• Processes with LLMs & tools (e.g. Langdock) into robust solutions – including model selection between high-end and cost-effective models
• Interface & system connections design and implement independently – e.g. binding of SAP as leading system
• Prioritize production: testing, documentation, versioning, rollout guidance directly in departmentsMitgestaltung des Governance-Modells sowie Wissenstransfer für den langfristigen internen Weiterbetrieb
• Critical, fundamental evaluation of models, platforms and technical stacks – technically, economically and ethically
• BUILD and operate cloud and on-premise infrastructure (Microsoft Azure including Azure AI Foundry, Linux)

Qualifikation

• Study in (Economic-) Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Physics or equivalent MINT subjects
• Demonstrable practical experience with Machine Learning, LLMs and agent architectures
• Experience with productive (not just prototypical) AI solutions: LLMs, agents, prompt/skill design, RAG, tool use
• Solid Python and PowerShell knowledge, independent interface development, routine in cloud and on-premise environments (ideally Azure/Azure AI Foundry, Linux)
• Hands-on mentality, delivery-oriented, team-friendly, genuine curiosity
• Very good German, good English skills
• Plus: Data protection, EU AI regulation, SAP and corporate data landscapes
