AI Implementation Manager

Role: AI Implementation Manager About Sutra.AI Sutra.AI is a rapidly scaling AI Enterprise SaaS platform powering data-to-decision transformations for mid-market and enterprise clients. As we expand our delivery footprint, we’re seeking a Senior Implementation Manager who can elevate Sutra’s implementation workflows into a repeatable, productized delivery engine . The Implementation Leader will own the operational excellence of all AI solution deployments - from data readiness and environment setup to deployment and post-deployment support. This role requires strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, as well as experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive implementation roadmap for Sutra’s AI solutions • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and messaging • Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions • Staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies to continuously improve Sutra’s implementation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML project management or a related field • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
