AI Implementation Engineer

Role Overview: The AI Implementation Engineer will own the end-to-end AI roadmap and execution across business functions. This is a hands-on role focused on building, deploying, and scaling AI-driven solutions that enable automation, accuracy, and smarter decision-making. The role works closely with leadership to translate business priorities into high-impact, production-ready AI systems. Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the company’s AI roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and technologies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of AI trends, advancements, and best practices to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI initiatives that drive business value. AI Solution Development Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions using various tools and frameworks, such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into production-ready systems. Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements. AI Deployment & Maintenance Oversee the deployment of AI solutions across business functions, ensuring successful adoption and integration with existing processes. Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Key Skills: Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques. Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Julia. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Certification in AI, machine learning, or deep learning is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
