AI Governance Officer

As AI Governance Officer, you will help KPN to apply AI in a responsible, ethical, and transparent manner. You develop and implement policies, test AI use cases against legislation and build towards a culture of Responsible AI within the organization. You have a connecting role between technology, policy, business, and society.

Your key activities:

• Developing policy and guidelines around responsible AI usage, and translating (international) AI regulations and scientific insights into applicable frameworks.
• Executing and reviewing risk analyses on AI use cases and testing projects against policy, ethics, and legislation (such as the EU AI Act).
• Evaluating AI applications for reliability, fairness, explainability, and compliance.
• Organizing awareness and training sessions around Responsible AI for KPN employees.
• (Supporting) reporting to internal and external stakeholders on the progress and status of AI governance.
• Translating policy into governance tooling and guiding adoption trajectories within the organization.
• Buidling processes and frameworks that ensure AI projects within KPN run responsibly and efficiently.
