Position AI Governance Expert Job Description Designing and developing an AI Governance model consistent with business strategy and legal regulations. Creating and maintaining policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines regarding the use of AI. Ensuring compliance of AI solutions with regulatory requirements. Defining and implementing risk assessment processes for AI models. Maintaining a register of AI use cases. Collaborating with Data Science, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams. Participating in the evaluation of AI-based vendors and solutions. Preparing materials for management boards and management staff. Building organizational awareness in the area of responsible AI use. Monitoring regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices related to AI Governance. Requirements Possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in one of the following areas: Data&AI Governance/ IT Governance/ Risk Management/ Compliance. Good knowledge of the AI Act. Understands how AI models work, including Machine Learning and Generative AI. Has experience in designing processes, standards, or governance frameworks. Familiar with issues related to model risk management, information security, and data protection. Able to collaborate with business and technological stakeholders at various organizational levels. Efficiently prepares presentations, recommendations, and materials for management staff. Communicative knowledge of English (min. B2).
