AI Full Stack Software Engineer im E-Commerce Startup (E-Commerce & Data)

We are Sayano — a German e-commerce company, founded in 2016 in Stuttgart. Our brands MIAMIO, Calmado and Tortillada are distributed in over 80 countries — via Amazon, our own online shop, and other marketplaces. A large part of our core technology — our ERP system, data pipelines, and AI tooling — is developed internally.

As the technical backbone of our company, you will be responsible for our self-developed platform — ERP, data pipelines, and AI tooling — and shape its further development significantly by quickly translating business requirements into functioning software.

Tasks

• ERP- & Analytics-Platform: You are responsible for our internally developed ERP and analytics platform and continuously build it out — new modules, integrations, and automations (TypeScript/SvelteKit, Python, SQL).
• Ai-Tools & Agents: You develop our internal AI tools and agents further and integrate AI into other business processes — from software development to advertising to content.
• Data Pipelines: You operate the pipelines and analyses that underlie our advertising, pricing, and procurement decisions.
• Marketplace Integrations: You maintain and expand our connections to Amazon, Otto, and Shopify.
• Infrastructure: You ensure a stable operation (Linux, Docker, deployments, monitoring).
• Technology Ownership: You shape our technology roadmap with us and identify areas where software and AI can create the greatest added value.

Qualification

• Ai-Guided Development: You have already developed productively with AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and are familiar with their strengths and limitations.
• Fast Learning Ability: You quickly get up to speed in new technologies and areas of expertise.
• Experience: Funded experience with at least one programming language — our stack includes TypeScript, Python, and SQL; thanks to AI-guided development, existing knowledge can be quickly transferred.
• Self-Responsibility: You work independently and take responsibility for the systems you manage.
• English & German: Very good English and German skills.
