AI & Full Stack Engineer (m/w/d)

Overview

As AI & Full Stack Engineer (AI Engineering / Automation Engineering / System Architecture / Full-Stack Engineering with AI focus) you will develop together with us an AI-first system that drives our entire organization like an operating system.

This system consists of:

• the Frontend, where our PR managers work daily
• the Management-Dashboard with planning, capacities, and performance
• the Kundeninterface, which displays results, data, and AI-generated reports
• a agent-based and workflow-based Backend, which connects systems intelligently (Supabase, Vector databases, API flows, Agents, KI models)

Your Role

System Architecture & Ownership: Complete ownership of the system architecture (Frontend to Backend) and further development, including workflows, data structure, interfaces, compliance, and Tech Stack (currently mainly Supabase, n8n, Make, Claude Code, Vercel, Perplexity, Azure OpenAI)

Frontend Development: Expansion and optimization of a modular frontend with support from KI (Claude Code)

Agent-based and workflow-based Backend Development: Development and maintenance of automated workflows, KI agents, and orchestration using no- and low-code platforms and code, including API management (e.g. HubSpot, Slack)

Data Management: Setup and maintenance of a Supabase architecture, including relational data and vector databases, and connection to Frontends, Agents, and automations

Enablement & Documentation: Documentation and technical coaching (know-how transfer within the organization)

In short: This role is for someone who wants to set new standards with KI, data, and code, like how organizations will function in the future.

Who You Are

You come from a direction like AI or Full-Stack development and bring the following things with you? Then we would be very happy to get to know you!

Must-have:

• Experience: > 5 years of professional experience, including > 2 years of Full-Stack development or comparable experiences (= you have a deep understanding of software development)
• Tech Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
• Data Competence: Secure in SQL, API design, schema design, edge functions, query optimization
• Mindset: Ownership, pragmatic, systemically thinking, structured, curious, “excited about KI”
• Language: Fluent in German (C1)

Nice-to-have:

• Practical experience with LLMs, vector databases, workflow orchestration, Azure/OpenAI API, n8n, Make, and Supabase
• Experience with Langchain, Agentic systems, and other Agent frameworks
• Experience with AI coding (“Vibecoding”) using Claude Code or Cursor
• Security monitoring (OAuth, RLS, GDPR)

Your Framework with Us:

• Salary: 60,000-80,000€ gross per year
• Vacation: 27 days -> 32 after year 2 -> unlimited after year 3

• IT Setup: You can set up your IT setup as you like :) (we've heard that's important)
• Tech Stack: You are responsible here - so far we work with Claude Code, you can also use Cursor.
• Pension Plan: 20% contribution to your contributions
