AI Evangelist (m/w/d)

As AI Evangelist, you will be the driving force behind planning, implementing, and promoting the acceptance of artificial intelligence (AI). With passion for communication and training, you will generate enthusiasm, lower barriers, and ensure that AI is used effectively, safely, and sustainably in the company.

Your tasks with us

• Hands-on Support: You will support employees in using our AI tools, such as our internal GPT solution, resolve problems, and accompany first steps.
• Knowledge Transfer & Enablement: You will transfer knowledge practically through hands-on workshops and show quick wins with immediate added value.
• Besides close collaboration with developers, you will also serve as a bridge to the departments.
• Power User Community: You will recognize AI champions, support them intensively, and establish peer-to-peer learning.
• You will identify and pilot new AI tools and ensure smooth integration with good onboarding processes.
• Curiosity: You will keep track of current trends and innovations in the field of AI to always keep Thalia up to date.
• You will make successes visible, organize internal events for knowledge exchange, and ensure understandable documentation with how-to guides.
• Safety First: Through you, it will be ensured that our AI use is always legally, ethically, and technically flawless.
