Ai Engineering - Sr Director

The Opportunity "As Sr Director of AI Engineering, you will lead innovation and strategic growth across FICO's platform. Working at the forefront of our Generative AI efforts, you'll drive the application of large language models and cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance fraud detection, streamline decision authoring, automate customer communication workflows, and optimize overall performance. You will set the technical vision for our AI systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and responsive to changing business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, as well as experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a team of AI engineers, providing guidance on architecture, design, and implementation of AI solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into FICO's products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in AI/ML, as well as experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes through technology.
