AI Engineer (Voice Expertise)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with deep expertise in voice technologies to design, develop, and deploy next-generation voice-driven applications. This role involves working on speech recognition, voice synthesis, and conversational AI systems , integrating them into enterprise applications, and enhancing user interactions through natural, human-like communication. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems. Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI models for various industries such as customer service, healthcare, finance, and education. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice technologies into existing applications. Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve the accuracy of speech recognition and text-to-speech systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI models and voice technologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in voice technologies and conversational AI. Participate in code reviews and contribute to open-source projects. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into enterprise applications. Ensure the quality of AI models and voice technologies meets the required standards. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Provide technical guidance and support to other teams on AI-related topics. Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of new AI-based products. Work closely with product managers to develop and prioritize features for AI-based products. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of voice technologies and conversational AI systems. Develop and maintain expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Develop and maintain knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to AI and voice technologies. Participate in the development of new AI-based products and features. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing applications. Provide technical guidance and support to other teams on AI-related topics. Key Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a related field. Strong understanding of voice technologies, conversational AI, and natural language processing. Experience with speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational AI systems. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or MATLAB. Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with natural language processing libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Stanford CoreNLP.
