Your Role

• You build and further develop the StackWorks competence in automation, AI, and agentics.

• You develop, integrate, and operate AI Agents that automate business processes, cross-platform on Google Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry, as well as comparable agent platforms.

• You act as a technical sparring partner for our Cloud Consultants in pre-sales and projects.

Your Tasks

• Conceive, develop, and test AI Agents for internal and customer-specific use cases in collaboration, operations, sales, and finance

• Connect Agents to source and target systems via APIs and MCP interfaces (Create, Read, Update, Delete)

• Derive concrete use cases from business processes and translate them into agent architectures

• Select, evaluate, and productively deploy relevant agent platforms (Google Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and others)

• Set up guard rails, monitoring, logging, and cost controls for productive Agents

• Create technical documentation, architecture sketches, and reproducible patterns as internal Agent Building Blocks

• Provide technical support to Cloud Consultants in pre-sales and delivery (feasibility studies, demos, prototypes)

• Build and maintain an internal agent portfolio as a reference and learning environment

• Monitor market developments in the field of agentics and contribute relevant innovations

Your Profile

• Current or completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent (BSc or MSc)

• Solid programming skills, ideally Python and/or JavaScript or TypeScript

• Understanding of modern AI concepts: LLMs, Prompting, Tool Use, MCP, Agent Architectures

• Affinity for cloud platforms and APIs (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)

• Structured, analytical way of working with strong problem-solving skills

• Independence and willingness to learn in a dynamic technology field

• Confident demeanor towards consultants and customers, clear written and oral communication (fluent German, very good English)

• First practical experience with agent platforms (Google Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, LangChain or similar) is a plus

• You are aiming for Google Cloud Digital Leader certification as well as relevant professional certifications

Your Interfaces

• Cloud Consultants and Cloud Engineers: Use-case discussion, technical implementation, pre-sales support

• Head of Cloud Engineering (CTO): Architecture, standards, technology choice

• Managing Director: Strategy and portfolio development in automation and AI

Your Development

The path is clearly defined: from Trainee to Junior AI Engineer and AI Engineer to Senior AI Engineer.
