AI Engineer – Software Development (m/w/d)

We are looking for an AI Engineer in the field of software development in the agency environment (m/w/d) with professional experience.

Your Tasks

• Conceptualization and implementation of AI applications for us and our customers – from idea to prototype to productive solution
• Bonding LLMs and KI models via APIs to existing systems, backends, and data sources
• Rapid prototyping and creation of proof-of-concepts to make the feasibility and added value of AI use cases early visible
• Evaluation and optimization of models and solutions regarding result quality, latency, and costs
• Monitoring relevant developments in the AI/LLM field and translating them into concrete benefits for us and our customers
• Tight cooperation with online marketing, strategy, and customer consulting

Your Qualification

• Completed studies or training in the field of computer science – or a comparable practical qualification
• First-hand experience with AI/LLM projects (e.g. own projects, internships, work student activities or professional stations)
• Solid programming knowledge, ideally in Python, and good understanding of APIs and binding external services
• Experience working with LLMs and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) as well as basic understanding of prompt engineering
• Able to think about complex AI use cases from a customer's perspective and implement them together with internal interfaces
• Sovereign German language skills (C1)
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style with high quality standards
• Goal-oriented and result-oriented work as well as good self-organization

Nice to Have

• Certifications in the AI field
• Knowledge of TYPO3 and databases (MySQL)
• Agency experience
• Experience in coordinating and planning projects as well as breaking down projects into issues
• Pleasure in agency-wide cooperation and knowledge sharing
