We co-create solutions from the Proof of Concept phase, through production deployments, to scaling AI environments serving thousands of users. Currently, we are looking for individuals for the position of: Senior AI Engineer. Details: Form of cooperation: B2B or UoP. We are fully open to your proposal – just enter the appropriate amount in the application form. Place of work: We provide great freedom of remote work, while inviting you from time to time to our Warsaw office. Workload: Full-time Team: 6-8 people. Recruitment process: 1-stage (remote meeting via MS Teams). Occasionally, an additional short meeting may be possible - combined with a decision. Estimated project duration: Long-term/indefinite. Topics in the project: Python, LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama), LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, Vector Databases, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, PyTorch, Hugging Face, MLflow, Airflow, Redis, PostgreSQL. Your main responsibilities in this position will include: Development and maintenance of solutions based on AI and Machine Learning technologies. Design and implementation of modern applications using language models. Creation and development of intelligent solutions supporting business processes. Design of architecture and integration of AI components with existing systems. Development and optimization of solutions based on AI models. Building and developing services and APIs supporting AI applications. Cooperation in the development of processes related to the deployment and maintenance of Machine Learning solutions. Ensuring the performance, scalability, and quality of created solutions. Cooperation with technical teams in the execution of AI projects. This offer will be ideal for you if you have: Minimum 3/4 years of commercial experience in a position related to AI, ML, or Software Engineering. Very good knowledge of Python. Experience in designing and building solutions based on AI or LLM models. Knowledge of tools and frameworks used in the AI ecosystem. Experience in integrating AI solutions with applications and services. Ability to design and build REST APIs. Experience with containerization and cloud environments. Knowledge of Software Engineering best practices and working with version control systems. English language (at least B2+/C1 level). Knowledge is welcome: Solutions related to AI Agents or modern AI frameworks. Issues related to training, optimization, or deployment of AI models. Tools supporting the development and maintenance of Machine Learning environments. Cloud platforms and containerization technologies. CI/CD processes and MLOps practices. Prompt Engineering and modern techniques for working with language models. Tools supporting monitoring and optimization of AI systems. Solutions related to local execution of AI models.
