Currently, we are looking for: AI Engineer Location: Warsaw or remote Salary: 14,000-17,000 Position Level: Intermediate Your responsibilities: - Analyzing client needs in the context of ML/AI project implementation, - Translating clients' business requirements into AI solution architecture and supporting consulting and architectural teams, - Designing and supporting the creation, implementation, and scaling of applications based on GenAI, LLM, RAG, and classic Machine Learning, - Utilizing native AI/ML services on Google Cloud (Vertex AI) and Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services) platforms, - Knowledge of on-prem solutions will be an additional asset - Building and automating data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring processes for models in production, - Designing, building, and automating evaluation processes for AI/ML applications - Supporting the organization's internal processes in adopting AI tools and solutions - Tracking the latest trends in the AI world, testing new models/frameworks, and optimizing deployment costs and performance. Our requirements: - Minimum 2 years of practical experience in roles such as: AI Engineer, MLOps Engineer, or Data Scientist, working on production solutions, - Practical knowledge of Generative AI, RAG architecture, Prompt Engineering, fine-tuning, and frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, ADK, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel, - Very good knowledge of Python and the standard ML stack (PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), - Practical experience working with Google Cloud or Azure in the area of data and artificial intelligence services - Knowledge of good development practices (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs), - Very good command of Polish and English (spoken and written). Preferred: - Cloud certifications in the AI/ML area (e.g., Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate). - Experience working with vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, Qdrant, Pgvector). - Experience in regulated sectors (finance, banking, healthcare).
