Tasks:

• Strategic KI-Tooling Roadmap: Development and implementation of a KI-tool strategy for the Tech Cluster; decision-making on when to use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cloud Services or On-Premise Solutions based on the needs of the developers - Efficiency and Workflow Optimization: Conceptualization of architectures and best practices to avoid unnecessary KI calls and steer the exponential growth of API costs - Business-to-Central Liaison: Main point of contact between departments and central functions; determination of KI-related requirements and translation into concrete KI solutions - Enablement & Change Management – Continuous needs analysis, coordination with the training department, and ensuring that suitable KI training is provided according to business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Mult-year, in-depth experience in software development - Hands-on competence with modern AI development environments (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot Enterprise) and code assistants - Deep understanding of LLMs and architectures: Experience in building or using Multi-Agent Systems (e.g. Anthropic, AutoGPT, LangChain) as well as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation). - High self-motivation and pioneer spirit; independent working style - Excellent communication skills, economic thinking, and didactic skill - Security and Compliance Mindset: Understanding of data classification and IP leakage risks - Ideally experience in regulated or security-critical R&D environments
