AI-Engineer (m/w/d) - remote

Kevin Meyer Consulting builds Marketing anew - as a KI-based system that runs in our customers' companies and belongs to them. We are looking for the person who is responsible for the technical implementation of these systems.

About this

You build the KI systems that carry our business - from architecture to implementation to ongoing operation at the customer's site. You integrate LLMs, APIs, and automation tools into workflows that run independently and only require a human where it is really necessary. Kevin sets the strategic direction - the technical realization lies with you.

This role is a build-up role. The system we are building is not yet fully defined - you shape it with us, and develop from the first customer projects the reusable foundation on which we scale. With company growth comes prospective responsibility for a small tech team.

Tasks

What you're responsible for

• System architecture of KI-based customer systems
• Technical implementation and integration from concept to ongoing operation
• BUILDING, maintenance, and stability of automations and workflows
• Technical documentation of the systems
• Quality, scalability, and further development of the solutions

You decide independently about tool selection, architecture, integrations, and technical solution paths.

Qualification

You fit if you

• have already built productive LLM-based systems or agent workflows that had real users - not just prototypes or demos
• work securely in Python, integrate APIs cleanly, and handle data pipelines
• master automation and orchestration tools at an advanced level (n8n, Make, or your own code)
• think about system architecture for productive applications - not just individual workflows, but the overall interaction
• can handle uncertainty and see it as a shaping space rather than a problem
• can work independently with customers: make technical decisions, speak with IT, solve problems under pressure
• think in scalable systems instead of single solutions
• takes ownership for technical results - does not just pass them on
