Your tasks with us

• You develop and operate AI-native features end-to-end - with a focus on quality, safety, latency, and cost efficiency.
• You develop agent-based applications and chatbots including tool use, stateful workflows, and (multi-)agent orchestration.
• You establish standards and best practices for how we develop, evaluate, and deploy AI systems.
• You work closely with Product and Engineering Leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• You design experimentation workflows as well as long-term AI roadmap decisions actively with.

This sets you apart

• Multiple years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Software Engineering with current hands-on experience in AI Engineering and LLM environment
• Very good Python skills as well as cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with evaluation, monitoring, and robust production pipelines
• Experience with agent-based systems, chatbots, and tool-using agents as well as familiarity with multi-agent architectures
• Knowledge in Prompt Engineering, RAG, and modern orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain
• Ideal experience with compliance topics, security/privacy-by-design, and a DevOps/SRE mindset - especially with modern machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• You have fluent German and good English skills.
